How to earn points

Earn points by completing Activities and Challenges. Activities are things that you can do and log as much as you like. There's no end to the amount of points you can earn!

The logging of each challenge on the other hand is limited to once each, per person, per week. That means that you can do as many challenges as often as you like, but only each individual's first log of each challenge in a given week will count towards the team's point total!

'Weeks' will run from Wednesday to Wednesday with a final half week in at the end!

Both the list of activities and challenges will be updated regularly, so keep that in mind, but we will communicate to team captains of any big changes as we go!

Points can be earned from 00:01 Wednesday 21st October Until 23:59 Monday 16th November 2020.

How to log Activities and Challenges

Log activities via the form here. You will have been emailed your unique FTP I.D. You will need this to log any activities or challenges. After entering your FTP I.D. you will have to specify whether you are logging an Activity or Challenge. After that a drop down list of all available activities or challenges will appear. Choose the one you have done and then upload your proof!

What is Proof?

Proof is an image or a link to an image/video that unequivocally shows us that you did what you're logging! So if you say you ran 5 Km we need to see a screenshot of a tracking app or watch. (We like Strava or Map my Run by Under Armour)

If you're logging a dip in the sea, we're gonna need to see you looking wet (±cold).

Because we're limited with file sizes, we suggest taking a screenshot from a video of you doing an activity or challenge that may be tricky to photograph.

You can also send us a link to social media accounts or google photos/videos where the activity is posted via the URL, but remember, we'll have to be able to see it, so this may not work if your account is on private!

When will leaderboards be announced?

We will aim to update you with weekly leaderboards and as often as we can in between.

How do we keep up to date with all that's going on in the competition?

We have set up dedicated Twitter and Instagram Pages to keep you all up to date with what everyone is getting up to. As well as this, we'll be communicating any changes or important updates directly to team captains who can pass it on to the teams.
